Article 1: Purpose

The website and its various services may be interrupted or suspended by the Publisher, particularly for maintenance purposes, without prior notice or justification.

The use of Training API services is free. However, usage limits are applied regarding the number of agents and the number of listings that can be created.

An automatic deletion of inactive agencies is implemented after a certain number of days of inactivity.

Article 4: User Responsibility

The User assumes full responsibility for the use they make of the information and content available on the website Training API.

Any use of the service by the User that directly or indirectly results in damage must be subject to compensation in favor of the website.

The User agrees to maintain respectful communication toward others and comply with the law, and accepts that their publications may be moderated or rejected by the site administrator without obligation of justification.

Article 5: Publisher Responsibilities

Any malfunction of the server or network cannot engage the liability of the Publisher.

Likewise, the website cannot be held responsible in cases of force majeure or due to unforeseeable and insurmountable actions of a third party.

The author of Training API works on this project during personal time. Therefore, incident resolutions, feature requests, and responses to user emails may not receive an immediate reply.

The domains to which the hyperlinks on the website lead do not engage the responsibility of the Publisher of Training API, who has no control over these links.

Third parties are allowed to create a link to any page of the website Training API without the express authorization of the Publisher.

Article 9: Changes to the Terms of Use

Article 10: Duration of the Agreement

This agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. It takes effect with respect to the User from the moment they begin using the service.
